"Early Bird Tickets":

• On sale now until Sunday, July 6, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

"Camp Tickets":

• Monday, July 7th - Sunday, July 13th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

"Late Camp Tickets":

• Monday, July 14th - Friday, July 18th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

"Day-of Camp Tickets":

• Online: Saturday, July 19th, 2025 until 10 a.m. 
• No online ticket purchases will be accepted after 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 19th, 2025
• Please make sure to buy your tickets before this time for smooth entry process

Yes, you can buy your tickets at the event, but please note that “Day-of Ticket” pricing will apply.

• Ticket sales at the gates will be available on Saturday, July 19th, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Only cash payments will be accepted at the gate during this time
• Please plan to arrive and purchase your tickets before 7:00 p.m. to ensure entry to the event.
• Please plan on having exact "Day-of Ticket" amount ready at your vehicle window at the Main Entry Gate
• For safety and efficiency, you and your passengers are not allowed to exit your vehicle until all tickets have been paid for at the Main Entry Gate
• We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

No, each adult ticket permits you to camp either in a tent within the designated perimeter or in a vehicle in our overnight vehicle camping area.

No, to ensure our DJs on the two main stages—inside and outside—get the spotlight they deserve, please keep all music within those designated areas.

This helps maintain a relaxed atmosphere for families, little kids, and anyone who prefers a quieter environment. It also allows us to be considerate neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially at night.

Therefore, please avoid drum circles, music from cars or tents, or any other loud activities, particularly after 9 p.m.

Summer Camp 2025 will be hosted at Walnut Creek Venue, located at:

481 Old Wire Road, Marshfield, MO 65706 and can be found via Google Maps here

The venue is nestled alongside a natural spring-fed creek and offers a versatile setting with two stages (indoor and outdoor) and spacious outdoor event spaces. It is conveniently located:

• About 12–15 minutes from Buc-ee’s

• Approximately 23–25 minutes from downtown Springfield, MO

• Around 7–9 minutes from Strafford and Marshfield, MO

Walnut Creek Venue is accessible via a peaceful, paved country road just east of Springfield, making it an ideal location for Summer Camp 2025

• Once you enter Summer Camp, exiting and returning will not be permitted

Call 911 first! 

• If you are unable to call 911 yourself, immediately find a Summer Camp EMT, Camp Counselor, or any Summer Camp Staff member to get help.

Absolutely NO underage drinking is allowed in or around Summer Camp 2025. 

• Any individual found violating this policy will be immediately ejected from the event with no refunds. 
• This zero-tolerance stance is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees and to comply with legal requirement

Yes, if you are a DJ or Performer, you are allowed limited “in/out” privileges during Summer Camp

Yes, you are allowed limited "in/out" privalages for the following campers:

• "Creek Side Tent / Vehicle Camping": $50 add on cost to "Adult Ticket" 
• "RV Camping": $100 add on cost to "Adult Ticket"

We’re hoping for great weather, but this event will take place rain or shine—so come out and enjoy the show! 

• We have covered areas to ensure the party keeps going
• There are NO refunds for any reason

Obviously NO Littering! 

• Leave NO trace will be in affect
• Don't litter on the roads heading to or leaving the venue
• There are trash recepticles located throughout the property and on your way out of parking lot

No Excessive Speeding or Excelleration:

• No more than 5 miles an hour in ALL parking lots or on roads at anytime
• No fast exceleration coming to or leaving Summer Camp

No Loitering:

• If you don't have a ticket or in the process of buying a "Day-of" ticket there is NO reason you should be on Walnut Creek Venue's property or parking along the side of the Old Wire Road

Abandoned Vehicles Policy:

• Any and all vehicles left parked along Old Wire Road will be considered abandoned and will be immediately towed at the owner’s expense
• Vehicles left unattended after 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 20th will also be towed at the owner’s expense
• Please make sure to move your vehicles accordingly to avoid any inconvenience or towing fees. 
• If you need assistance or have questions, feel free to contact event staff

• No personal fire pits or BBQ grills are allowed at tent / vehicle campsites
• There is a communal fire pit and a BBQ grill avaiable at no cost
• If you can't or don't want to use the communal BBQ grill, you can upgrade your ticket to "Creek Side Tent / Vehicle Camping" under the add-on section

• Tents, camping gear, towels, blankets, and lawnchairs are permitted only in designated areas
• Stay Hydrated! - Be sure to bring plenty of water to keep yourself refreshed and energized throughout the event.
• Non-styrofoam coolers containing personal beverages—including alcohol (which may be consumed but not sold at the event)—and food items are allowed
• Cash to purchase food, snaks, and drinks from authorized vendors
• Positive vibes only

• Absolutely NO GLASS bottles or containers
• No styrofoam coolers, cups or plates
• Please do NOT bring your pets without a leash, no exceptions!
• No unoffical pop-up vending or selling of any items without prior approval
• No negativity, please!    

Yes, general parking is included in your ticket price

Vehicle Camping Notice:

• Please let us know in advance if you plan to "vehicle camp" so we can assign you to the best possible location
• This helps us ensure your comfort and convenience during your stay
• Thank you for your cooperation!

Yes, dogs are allowed at Summer Camp

• There is an additional "Add-on" ($10 fee) per dog
• All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times to ensure safety and comfort for all attendees
• There are designated areas specifically for your dog to relieve themselves, helping to keep the venue clean and comfortable for all attendees
• Dogs are not allowed in "Leo's Lodge" or the "Barn Dance"

Summer Camp offers four main camping areas, and upon arrival, you will be guided to the area that is the most suitable spot for you, your vehicle, or RV.

1. "Pasture Tent Camping" - Included in your "ticket" price
2. "Vehicle Camping" - Included in your "ticket" price
3. "Creek Side Tent / Vehicle Camping"- $50 add-on cost to general admission 
4. "RV Camping": $100 add-on cost to general admission 

Yes, RVs are allowed to park if they are not longer than 40 foot

• Registration must be submitted before Wednesday, July 16th at 11:59 p.m. 
• Please see "RV Camping" under add-on ticket information for more details

Yes, you are welcome to purchase:

• "Day-of" tickets at the Main Gate
• Food and other concessions from our official event vendors

• Yes, we will post the link here once it is ready

• Yes, at 9 p.m. the "Party in the Pasture" stage will close and ALL outdoor music will be limited
• "Pasture Tent Camping" & "Vehicle Camping" locations will be consider quiet zones after 9 p.m.
• "Creek Side Tent / Vehicle Camping" & "RV Camping" areas will be the quietest spots
• However, if you’re super sensitive, we recommend earplugs or comfortable headphones
• No personal radios, drum circles, barking dogs, or other loud noises will be permitted after 9 p.m.
